What's on the paperwork
Most people find out what a warranty covers only after something goes wrong.
So here's the plain version up front. We're a certified XPEL installer, which means the film and the window tint we install carry XPEL's own manufacturer warranty — real terms on paper, backed by the maker, not a number we came up with.
Film
Paint protection film
XPEL's film warranty covers manufacturing defects — things like yellowing, cracking, and delamination. The XPEL film we install is backed by XPEL's 10-year manufacturer warranty.
What it covers vs. what it doesn't, plain: It covers the film failing on its own. It does not turn the film into something it isn't — it won't cover damage beyond what the film is built to take. We'll explain the line between the two before you book.
Tint
Window tint
The XPEL tint we install carries XPEL's own lifetime manufacturer warranty — it covers the film itself failing, like fading, bubbling, or discoloration.
Plain version: It backs the tint against failing on its own over its lifetime — not against outside damage. We'll walk the exact terms with you before you book.
Our work
Our own work
Beyond the manufacturer's coverage on the film and tint, we stand behind the install itself. We guarantee our work within the limits of the product. The ceramic coating falls under this too — we stand behind how it's applied, and we don't put a separate warranty number on it.
Some things other installers do to make an install look better actually shorten the film's life — we won't do those, and we're happy to explain every install decision we make and why.

How to make a claim
Starting a claim is simple — send us a few photos and we'll get it going. Sometimes we'll ask you to bring the car in so we can inspect it in person.
Either way, we'll tell you honestly whether it's covered, and handle the XPEL side with you if it is.
No hooks
The honest note
We won't wave the word "lifetime" at you as a hook — you've seen it mean nothing on a lot of paperwork. Where a real term exists, like XPEL's lifetime warranty on the tint, we'll show you exactly what's written down, in plain terms, before you spend anything.
