1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at riveautohaus.com and any related pages or online forms we operate (together, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Rive Autohaus LLC ("Rive Autohaus," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site. These Terms take effect on the effective date shown above and apply to every visitor to the Site.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

Rive Autohaus LLC is a Michigan limited liability company that provides auto detailing, paint protection film (PPF), and window tint services from our location in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

3. What this website is

The Site is an informational and marketing website only.It exists to describe who we are, show examples of our work, and let you request a quote or get in touch with us.

Please understand the following:

• The Site describes our services, but nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote, a binding price, or a contract for services. Descriptions, images, and general information are provided for convenience and marketing purposes.
• Requesting information or a quote through the Site does not create a service contract. Any actual detailing, PPF, or window tint work is quoted, scheduled, and performed in person and is governed by a separate service agreement and any authorization or work order you sign at that time. Those separate terms — not these Terms — control the services themselves.
• Pricing, packages, availability, promotions, and service details may change at any time without notice, and images of past work are illustrative only. Results vary by vehicle and condition.
• The Site does not process payments, host customer accounts, or complete any transaction online. Its only interactive feature is a contact/quote request form (and, where applicable, lead forms hosted off-site on third-party platforms such as Meta).

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general adult audience in the United States. You must be at least18 years old to submit the contact/quote form, provide us with personal information, or otherwise transact with us through the Site. By submitting the form you represent that you are 18 or older.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information through the Site, please contact us using the details in Section 2 and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

5. Contact form and user submissions

When you use the contact/quote form or otherwise send us information through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to share it (for example, that a phone number or email you submit is your own or one you are permitted to use).

By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by us in response to your inquiry. How we collect, use, and store the information you submit — and theseparate consent you provide for phone calls and text messages— is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting the form; the specifics of contact consent are addressed there and are not restated in these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, video, layout, design, logos, service names, and trademarks — is owned by Rive Autohaus LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and Michigan law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to view and access the Site for the sole purpose of learning about and contacting us regarding our services. This license does not permit you to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or distribute any Site content;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content or data from the Site;
• use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission; or
• create derivative works from any Site content.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rive Autohaus LLC.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
• use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, monitor, or harvest content or data from the Site;
• introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to probe or test the vulnerability of the Site;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including by submitting false information through the contact form; or
• use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other solicitations.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Testimonials, reviews, and photographs

The Site may display photographs of customer vehicles, customer testimonials, and reviews. Where we display a customer's vehicle or testimonial, we obtain the customer's permission to do so.

If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, photograph, or other content to us or about us (whether through the Site, by message, or on a third-party platform), you grant Rive Autohaus LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our marketing and business, in any media, and you represent that you own or control the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. You may contact us if you would like content you submitted to be removed, and we will make reasonable efforts to do so on a going-forward basis.

9. Third-party links and platforms

The Site may contain links to, or embed features from, third-party websites and platforms — for example, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, or off-site lead forms. These links and features are provided for your convenience only.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party site, platform, content, product, or service. When you follow a link to or interact with a third-party platform, you leave our Site and are subject to that third party's own terms of service and privacy practices. We encourage you to review those terms. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

10. Disclaimers of warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rive Autohaus LLC disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• the Site or its content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free;
• the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components; or
• any information on the Site is suitable for your particular circumstances.

Information on the Site is general in nature and is not professional advice. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a promise of any specific outcome. The results, durability, and appearance of any detailing, paint protection film, or window tint service are addressed in the separate service agreement that governs that work — not on this Site and not in these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law:

• Rive Autohaus LLC, and its members, managers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceedone hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

This section applies to claims of every kind, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including non-waivable remedies under consumer-protection, telephone-consumer-protection (TCPA), or privacy statutes — and the cap and exclusions above do not apply to those claims. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rive Autohaus LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party in connection with your use of the Site.

13. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court.

Except for the informal-resolution step described in Section 14, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitrationadministered under the Michigan Uniform Arbitration Act(MCL 691.1681 et seq.), rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in a Michigan small-claims court if it qualifies.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, and shall take place in or be administered from Oakland County, Michigan, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Rive Autohaus LLC each agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

If the class-action waiver above is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from arbitration and brought in the courts identified in Section 14.

14. Governing law, venue, and informal dispute resolution

Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration or lawsuit, you agree to first contact us using the details in Section 2 and give us a reasonable opportunity — at least 30 days from the date we receive your written notice — to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. Many concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue. Subject to Section 13 (to the extent it applies), you agree that any action or proceeding that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located inOakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the Site.

16. General provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rive Autohaus LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings regarding that subject. They do not, however, replace or modify any separate service agreement governing services we perform for you.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver is effective unless in writing.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
